Se lista la información sobre el post indicado.
Parámetros:
- id: ID correspondiente del post a consultar.

Detalles de la respuesta:
- title: título del post.
- cat: ID correspondiente a la categoría del post.
- date: fecha de creación del post.
- url: URL del post.
- autor: nick del autor del post.
- score: puntos totales del post.
- favorites: total de usuarios que lo guardaron en sus favoritos.
- visits: visitas totales del post.
- related: lista de posts relacionados.
- id: ID del post relacionado.
- title: título del post relacionado.
- cat: ID correspondiente a la categoría del post relacionado.
- url: URL del post relacionado.
- tags: lista de tags relacionados.
- private: valor para indicar si el post es privado (0 = público | 1 = privado).
- allow-comments: indica si el post acepta comentarios (0 = acepta | 1 = no acepta).
- newbie: indica si el post corresponde a la categoría Novatos (0 = no es Novato | 1 = es Novato).
- sticky: indica si el post es un sticky (0 = no es sticky | 1 = es sticky).
Límite de llamadas:
Hasta 30 llamadas por minuto.
